OUR MISSION

HerRoad2C is a nonprofit organization that mentors black and brown girls aged 13-17 by providing mentorship, internships, scholarships, experiential learning and cultural excursions.

HerRoad2C equips students with the mastery, tutelage and competency to build a successful road towards filling Executive, Chief Executive, and Board Seats, while also offering a skillful approach towards various entrepreneurial endeavors.

WHAT WE DO

HerRoad2C works in partnership with Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurs, executives and educational institutions. The main objective of this partnership is to serve girls from low resource communities through interactive workshops, engaging presentations, virtual empowerment conferences, one to one supportive connections and tutelage that is specifically focused on employability skills.
