Tye Almonte
FOUNDER
Tye Almonte is a New York City native, who studied at the College of New Rochelle. For nearly twenty years, Tye has applied her passion for mentoring youth in New York City as an avid volunteer and partner with organizations like Bailey’s Cafe, Maya’s Hope, Complete Girlz, King of Kings Foundation, The Bowery Mission, and The Food Bank of NY. Her role as founder and Executive Director of HerRoad2C as well as the Chief of Staff to CEOs and high-potential leaders, first at Delco Apparel, a manufacturing house and now at Sprinklr, A Customer Experience Management Platform, has seasoned her to build, serve, empower and connect. Tye serves on the Board of Write To Be, a nonprofit organization that currently supports the Fi Ki Fὸ program (“Strong Girl” in Haitian Creole) in collaboration with Consolation Center Haiti (CCH) in Les Cayes, providing medical care, education, housing, meals, and clothing for girls and boys in southern Haiti. Tye’s ultimate mission is to provide equity and access to our black and brown girls through HerRoad2C.
Jessica Federer

Jessica Federer is recognized as one of the top 100 global CDOs, a “Power-Lady” of the German economy, and a leading Health Tech Influencer, adept at translating digital developments into meaningful advancements for both business and society. Federer was the Chief Digital Officer at Bayer A.G., leading the digital transformation for the global life sciences leader across consumer health, pharmaceuticals, animal health, and agriculture. Ms. Federer earned a Bachelor of Science from George Washington University, and a Master of Public Health from Yale.
Michelle L. Bryer

Michelle L. Bryer is currently a Recruiter in Atlanta, GA and has had a career in Talent Management Consulting that spans over 30 years. She is a Community Outreach advocate who serves as the First Lady to Bishop Irvine A. Bryer, Pastor of Christian CrossRoad Church in Stockbridge, GA.
Michelle is a member of the NAACP Stockbridge, GA chapter, and supports several community based organizations that empower mental health initiatives and domestic violence awareness.
Michelle is a graduate of Baruch College, City University of New York with a Degree in Business Management.
